The venue's service and rooms were FIRST CLASS. Manager is the best ever! There was Joe's Crab Shack, max 20 mins walk to, really loved their meals. Moreover, it was great to have free Wi Fi.

Easy access to newport beach pier. We liked everything at balboa bay resort including location and the food. One could dine at restaurants such as Xanadu Cafe 10 minutes away. There was a pool to enjoy...

We enjoyed the room, it was good sized. The hotel's setting just walking distance from everything we wanted to explore, like Castaways Park.
